The food arrived in time and was still warm when it arrived. All the food we received was a good portion size and was really delicious. We didn?t receive the all the naan we ordered, because of this the delivery driver drove back to our house and gave us a £2 in person. I really appreciated this service and will definitely be ordering again

Ordered via food hub me the website crashed taking my money and cancelling my order I called zam zams who sent me my food and only charged me £8. For my 12.50 order and food hub has initiated refund the staff member I spoke to was extremely sympathetic with the situation and I?m very grateful. Thank you so much zam zams ???

Ordered from Uber Eats half an hour before closing time, 2 hours later and food still hasn't arrived. Restaurant not picking up or providing any updates either. What a joke

I almost didn't order from here from all the bad reviews ? but weirdly just out of curiosity I checked the accounts review numbers and seems like 98% of 1 star reviews are done from accounts with just 1 review ?. I refused to be convinced by fake accounts ? and didn't get disappointed food was ok got to enjoy a new dish best lamb screwers I ever had ? got a pizza aswell don't know if this was always the case as I ordered first time but as a pizza chef myself I'd give it a 9/10 pizza made from scratch really hard to find in this country besides Domino's , all in all was a good experience bless ?.

great place and great food would go there, however the reviews that state the food being bad or under-cooked is dumb its never like that and they are full of bubbles and the customer service is great i dont which of these indian curry munchers are chatting bubbles about zam zam, its a great place and there should be more.

Food didn't even get delivered. They tell me they rang/called while I am NEXT TO THE DOOR. After 1 hour I call them and they tell me that they are going to bring the food.(Which they do not) After 1 hour and 30 minutes I ring them again to ask where my food is and they tell me I shall come and get the food myself and it's not their fault. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
