Firstly Customer service - POOOR ! Beyond belief .. the women who serves you at the front desk is RUDE , he attitude STINKS !!!!!! No manners , no decorum , No respect Secondly the food is very Mediocre , the do offer a range of different dishes and there all around 2/10 none above that.. even the chips are dry and crunchy Thirdly - they charged my 9 year old disabled son as an adult ! Because he is apparently taller than 1.4m LOOOL he is a CHILD ! Regardlessssssss she tried to measure a child with additional needs and disability?s on several occasions . The place is trampy Below average I wouldn?t bring my enemy to eat here !! even if this place was pet friendly your dog wouldn?t eat here ! The man even cleaned the side with a dusting cloth a dirty full of dirt cloth! It?s very very appalling and I am not one to complain .. but THIS ! POOR

Food is OK. Nothing special. Always too busy. Despite just giving them £80 to dine there they wouldn't even let me use their landline phone when mine had been misplaced. I just asked to call my family to find out where they were and asked to borrow the phone and the woman at the front desk laughed at me and said no. That was so degrading. Felt like being spat on. Just disgusting. Its really nice to know that in such a busy place with all those people around no one will help you. Safe to say I wont be going back there again after being a customer since 2003 when they opened. Shame on you, disgraceful examples for human beings

As soon as you get through the door and pay for your plate you are rushed to the table STRAIGHT away, i was still paying and my friends were being rushed off to a table by a waitress (who couldn?t communicate properly)even though they had explained they were waiting for me to pay. there was very poor communication from the staff, i found a hair in my hash brown, i complained and got told there was nothing they could do as it could be from a customer. All in all the food was average apart from my friends sweet and sour chicken smelt like fish. As we went to desert we decided to get a crepe, unfortunately the man was VERY rude and did not explain what plates we needed and decided to mock us when we picked up the wrong plate, he also gave me and my friends dirty looks as if i had been a piece of poo on his shoe. He then proceeded to decide to burn our crepes and they tasted like cardboard. everytime we had finished our plate considering you can go back up multiple times, he came up to us 3 times within 5 minutes asking if we were done with our plates, he even came up to us when we were still eating. The vibe was completely off, very unorganised and just a very unpleasant experience. They?re so quick to take your money but don?t enjoy to accommodate.

Hadn?t been to Wing Wah in years and can definitely say it?s gone downhill. Customer service from an elder lady/boss? Was awful and very cold towards my family and I. Food was cold and not much left meaning we were limited

Went Wing Wah for the first time this weekend. The food was lovely but Shame about the decor, the toilets were very dirty and the overall decor of the place needs attention.

I have never written a review before but this place is so bad I had to! Me and my partner had not been here for a while so decided, as we were passing through, to go for dinner. NEVER EVER AGAIN! We should have known when we walked in by the funny smell. People were grabbing food from the buffet with their hands, the tables, chairs and walls were filthy. They seated us by the window and there was black mould on the walls. The toilets?? there are no words to describe how disgusting they were. To say this place needs a refurb is an understatement - it needs condemning! If environmental health visited I am 100% sure it would get shut down. It is safe to say this was the worst eating establishment I have ever been to. AVOID!
