I was also served by eve on Saturday and she?s was extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble even though I was being very indecisive ???? but that was down to me nice to see a nice staff member with patience

Absolute rubbish customer service. I?m a regular customer who buys the lottery here and the sales lady on the tills has been extremely rude also trying to steal my money. She called over the manager who was even more rude and didn?t solve the problem. I was extremely disappointed with the service as it is regular shop I come to buy from.

I'm 25 years old and I went into this WHSmith today to buy a V-Buck card for Fortnite, keep in mind the game is rated 12+, staff was extremely rude, didn't even acknowledge my kind tone towards them when they came over when the machine told me that approval was needed for the item. They tried to ask me for ID for the card which I did not have on me or bring my parents down to buy it for me. WHAT? LOL. I'll keep that in mind for next time, I'll dig my deceased parents out of the grave so I can buy stupid virtual money for a game considered towards younger audiences. I have NEVER got asked for ID to buy one of these, I got one in Sainsburys with no problem after. Honestly avoid this store if you have a short patience for entitled shop workers.

I went into WHSmith today looking for two books that I couldn?t find and I asked a female colleague I can?t remember her name but she was so nice and asked her other colleague for help (Ashley was the name he given me) and he was so helpful and friendly about locating the books I wanted. They were both lovely and kind people ??

Nice and well-organized stationery shop, book store and post office with impressive selection of greeting/season cards, office and craft materials, kid puzzles and logic games, etc.The shop's location is great inside the West Orchard Shopping Centre and laid on two floors with one entrance from the walking street W Orch Wy and another entry from the 1st floor of the shopping center. It's worth to stop by and stay a bit while browsing among its wide selection of seasons' gifts ideas and special discounts.

I was let down when I popped in to this shop today. Not a lot of stock and the store was messy and dirty. It always seems haphazard in their displays and stock.
