This is a wonderful local pharmacy, the staff are also wonderful, helpful and friendly and it is always a pleasure to go to this pharmacy. Unfortunately since the reopening there is now a young man working there who is very rude, patronising and unhelpful. All the other staff are so nice and this young man has tarnished the pharmacy. There is absolutely no reason for him to behave this way to customers who are polite and courteous to him and I hope he isn't a permanent addition to an otherwise lovely local business.

The Wellbeing Pharmacy may be small but the service is excellent. The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. They efficiently get medication quickly and communicate via text to let you know when meds are ready.Very sadly there was a fire recently and they are working out of Tile Hill Pharmacy. Really hope things can be sorted soon for them.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. So helpful and friendly their service is over and above what is expected. If you want a good old fashioned pharmacy that always delivers (literally in my case), doesn't pretend to be a pound store and is open late, this is the one. I can't praise them enough. Wellbeing Pharmacy is always a good place to go for medical supplies. Staff are helpful and friendly and the opening times of this pharmacy are VERY good. Open early until late most days.
