NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS! Incorrect opening hours on Google. Drove 45 mins into Coventry for sole purpose of visiting this branch as they have very few in the area. Only to find a small note in the window saying it was shut. Saturday morning wasted. Thanks Virgin Money

I could not get the virgin money app to work on my phone, I popped instore after 3 failed attempts at resolving the issue with the phone helping.The Coventry branch team that dealt with were absolutely fantastic, it took nearly one and half hours of repeatedly trying and phoning their own customer service line, retrying and retrying the two team members did not give up and made it their own personal challenge to get me sorted!On a very difficult day these two gave me the best customer service I have had anywhere in a long long time, absolutely 1st class!Thank you so much.

Ever since virgin has taken over my bank there has been a load of mistakes failing to even change my address as requested. Now I can't even call them.
