Not very helpful and shop is too small not enough space

DPD parcel delivered to this shop, got confirmation e-mail and text, went to shop and parcel not there. Showed shop owner the proof and he said he?d check CCTV and speak to him again tomorrow. Tried phoning but the store phone number goes straight to Paddy Power. Looks like the shop staff have stolen the parcel or allowed someone else to! Still waiting for resolution.

Great little shop with most things you need from a small convenience store. Friendly owner who is always happy to help. Parking outside the shop too, although there are two steps up into the shop, so wheelchair users may struggle. I'm pretty confident that the owner would pop out and a sort you out if needed.
