Two Asian Ladies on the Counter are extremely extremely rude and they haven't got any basic manners to deal with the customers. Don't know how were they brought up??? Management must take action. Rubbish counter service they provide. If they don't like the job they must look for another. Stop disrespecting Customers. Worst of worst experience. Horrible counter service by the Counter staff. Management should teach these ladies how to deal with the customers professionally and respectfully. If these ladies don't like the job change or go somewhere else!! Stop disrespecting Customers!

Make sure you count your cash if using counter for pay in. I went today and the self service machine failed but counted first which matched my own counting. Had to use the counter and unfortunately the staff wasn't a qualified one for a simple job. She used calculator and machine to count, then questioned me few time sounding like i was trying to con them £10. She was rude and couldnt understand 15 and 50 too. So stupid and can't do a simple job. A primary kid can do much better than her.
If i didn't know the amount, i would have lost £10 due to their under qualified staff.
Wont use again. Should have crossed the road for Barcleys or Lloyds.

THE BROWN LADY WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A BANK. Reading the reviews before I went, I purposefully tried to be extremely nice and polite to the staff. But I get PTSD because of how rude the brown lady at the bank was. Terribly rude and unrespectful customer service. Absolutely pathetic because you can tell how much she hates and suck at her job, horrible people there.

My experience with this bank has been average overall. While the services provided are satisfactory, there's nothing particularly remarkable about them. However, I must commend the lady I interacted with during my visit at close of play. Her positive energy was a breath of fresh air, and her assistance in my matter was greatly appreciated. Despite the average experience, her exceptional service stood out and left a positive impression.

Vile bunch of people. Was trying to close an account of a deceased family member, it was all very fresh and quite a traumatic death. Absolutely no help, advice or compassion. They were so rude, acting as if the money was theirs and not mine. Had to report them further to get any help. I was warned prior they weren't very nice in there but I thought surely they'd have an ounce of decency given my circumstances.

As others have said, the girl at the desk is an absolute ignorant joke. App always gives an error when trying to view direct debits, so I went to branch. She wanted to charge me £5 to print out a list of my DDs so I could show her which ones I wanted to cancel. When I queried this she more or less laughed out loud at me. Because of her, I'm switching to Barclays. She is damaging the TSB brand and shouldn't be representing them.

I had to come over to Coventry Branch as we have lost ours in Warwick due to closures.I had an appointment and was not kept waiting at all.The gentleman I was dealing with was very helpful explaining everything as he went due to it being Registering an LPA on my Mum's accounts.I was treated very well & cannot thank him enough for making the process easy.
