A 2 floor store with clothes, fashion, shoes, ladies, men's, kids, beauty, bags, accessories, changing rooms on the ground floor, while upstairs is homeward from rugs, throws, candles, chairs, dinning, seats, kitchen utensils, pets accessories, cushions, blankets, glassware, sauces, pasta packets, love aa good look around the whole store especially home department ranges really great store, free parking at central six retail park.

Always appears well organised and not messy, loads on offer in all areas from clothes to garden. Can sometimes be a long wait to get served. Nice shop to visit.

Not the best experience, and won't be returning. Lots of items on shelves were broken or damaged, the shop floor was messy with trip hazards such as packaging and seran wrap, and the staff were rude- I asked for help locating an item but he shrugged and walked off! And the lady on the till didn't even engage with me at all throughout the whole transaction! So Rude!

Beware of being iver charged, went in a brought a few items and noticed when got home I was double charged for some items. When I called back and explained what happened was told by someone who said they were a manager that this could not have happened as they are manually scanned and I must of misplaced the items.
I paid via gift voucher so was not able to dispute via my bank. So do beware when buying from here...

I?m a huge fan of TK Maxx and have been a loyal customer for years, but there is no way I?ll be returning to this particular store in the future. Several members of staff were very rude and pretty much started ?encouraging? customers out of the door 15 minutes before the closing time. My partner and I were approached by at least 4 different staff members to tell us they?re closing in 5 minutes time from 16:45 (the actual closing time was 17:00). It?s as if they think customers don?t have watches and cannot verify the time. Rather than chasing customers around the store they should be focussing on doing their jobs like tidying the shelves, or assisting customers to find what they?re looking for. The absolute lack of entrepreneurship and customer focus is bound to alienate loyal customers and hurt brand in the long run. I would rather drive to another store than expose myself to the hostility experienced today, which is a shame considering fairly good selection of goods available.
