I ordered a surprise 'Autumn hand tied' flower bouquet to be delivered to my daughter, at her work place, on her birthday. There was an option to add a balloon (for a small extra fee) to go with the flowers, which I did add. The order was delivered on the morning of her birthday, and she was absolutely delighted with them, and it was a lovely surprise for her. They are a beautiful arrangement of vibrant coloured flowers and look absolutely fab. I did my order online, which was so easy to do, once I'd decided on the flowers I wanted for her (brilliant selection online). This is the first time I've used Tomlinson's florist and I was not disappointed, I will be using them again for sure. Really happy with my order and value for money too. Would highly recommend!!

Easy to navigate website, good selection of products and well placed upselling items (not in your face). Fair price and the flowers were delivered on time and in great condition.

Ordering and delivery went very well and couldn't be faulted. However I wasn't pleased with the mix of flowers or the colours. I wanted strong blue (Iris) and yellow with perhaps neutrals, as the flowers were for a funeral. I think that the mixture of colour and flowers didn't suit the occasion. There were too many pale pink flowers in the mixture which didn't really mix with the other colours.

I ordered online for the first time all the way from Singapore for my partner who?s in Coventry. The flowers were beautifully arranged and presented. The card was written so beautifully as well ?? Thank you for the smooth delivery and most importantly, the flowers are still fresh up till today!

Always had lovely flowers, so I thought I'd order 20 red roses for my other half whilst I was away last week.I was disappointed that the flowers were looking extremely tired after 5 or 6 days and had to be thrown out. Maybe we have been lucky in the past with other flowers lasting much longer, but for £91 we hoped for a better quality longer lasting bouquet.The disappointment and lack of reply to an email means we'll be getting future flowers elsewhere.Edit in reply:The care was followed as all previous occasions where the longevity was good. Unfortunately I have no photos as the flowers were delivered on Thursday 18th May and were in the bin Tuesday 23rd. I emailed on the 24th to the address on your website. I'm away tomorrow, so unable to contact you until next week.

Never let us down, beautiful fresh flowers everytime, we have had for birthday, funerals and all occasion flowers, always last for weeks and always bright colours and excellent service, staff are always friendly and always happy to help :-)

1st time ordered flowers from here as thought I'd treat my daughter on valentines day, not only did they knock the door at all and left them outside a different house behind only knew because a lady knocked the door next morning saying these must be for ****. So not only didn't she get them on valentines day they was half dying with frost on them. I won't be ordering here again check to charge the delivery fee and don't even knock the door as was in all day. And ruined my daughters suprise.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Tomlinson Flower Company. I called from the states to order some sympathy flowers. We use different terminology in regards to Funeral Services so I was a bit confused with some of the questions. They were absolutely patient and polite with me and actually offered to call the crematorium and handle all the details for me. They even followed up with two emails ensuring that everything was taken care of. My family received a gorgeous bouquet just as promised. Thank you so much Tomlinson Flower Company!
