Ordered hot chocolate. Machine ran out of milk. Informed staff in the bar counter. Nobody bothered to attend to it or refill the milk. Worst customer service. I witnessed a staff quitting in the middle of the work as well. Attitude of the staff felt rude. I almost waited 45 minutes there but no use. Worst pub ever

i ordered chicken bites and chips and the chicken was pink. im very picky when it comes to chicken and i?ve never had a problem at any other wetherspoons before. this was my first time at this wetherspoons and it wasn?t a very good experience. i won?t be coming back here. the worker didn?t even apologise, offer anything or come to discuss the incident. instead he took the plate away, came back outside from the kitchen and shouted across the pub that the chicken wasn?t pink and it just had grit in it. me and everyone with me seen the pink chicken with our own eyes. even if it was grit which it definitely wasn?t, there shoudlnt be grit in the chicken anyway.

We love Go to the Spon gate bar, but unfortunately the DJ has been very tribal and all he been playing a stupid and girly songs makes people falling sleep I wish the owner can replace the DJ and make it the bar more joyful

It is what it is. But in regards to wetherspoons, it's really decent. Quick service, only issue I have is the toilets. The toilets are baaaaad. Doors missing or not locking, one or two usually blocked. Not good.
