I have been going to Kim for around 4.5 years to have eyebrow and eyelash tints, and more recently the most amazing facials. I experience a lot of tension headaches and Kim's facial massages work wonders to help me relax as well as making my skin lovely and soft.I started visiting Haylee after lockdown and won't go anywhere else in Coventry now. She cuts my hair so well (and I'm a fussy beggar) and when it grows (quickly) it always stays a nice shape. I've had loads of compliments from people but I always pass it Haylee's way as she's the one doing the work! Just as important as their wealth of experience and high standard of the hair styling and therapy sessions is the service. They are both so lovely, funny and really care about their customers. I understand they are increasing prices slightly - I've been saying all the time I've visited the Hideout that they should charge more for the excellent service they offer!Service: Hairstyling

I have been coming to The Hideout since it opened and would never go elsewhere. Kim does the most incredible lashes and Haylee has completely transformed my hair. I have been using haylee for my hair and Kimberlee for my beauty for at least 10 years . The salon is clean , tidy and well run and all the staff are lovely . I always have a colour , cut and blow dry done by haylee and amAlways very ? with it . Kimberlee does my back massages and they are the best I?ve had . I reviewed this salon as I did because I thought it first class. But i donot go there now as on one occasion I had to cancel, and I was asked to pay for the cancellation. I felt I had given sufficient notice and was surprised anyway as I have never come across this before. When I questioned this ( the day before by phone when cancelling) I was told " well we have bills to pay". What an attitude towards good customers.!!!!!!!!!!!!
