Like many others have said one of the staff members with blonde hair is discriminating customers and profiling them with racial biases. I went in there on Friday 16th February around 2:30-3 and was greeted by one nice staff member but the other was staring at me and shouted at me rudely as I exited. Ended up buying a gift somewhere else. Please do not support this establishment if you?re black, Asian and minority. They don?t want you there anyways.

THANKS to the body shop, it helped me with my skin problems like acne, blackheads spots and rash. For people who are reading this, please get your friend to go to this magnificent institution while you can shop in other places like elect tronex, bagel brunch or greggs???

Experienced extremely poor customer service at body shop in Coventry. The manager's behavior was rude and seemingly discriminatorys Date of shopping (2/12/2023 around 2.00 clock ). Disappointed with the service and concerned about the manager's attitude towards customers.

Buying products for someone with incredibly sensitive skin, which reacts to most products in supermarkets.Staff took time to discuss products make suggestions and rule out those most likely to trigger a reaction.Thank you both for your help.
