Today (27/08/25 at 15:20) at Tesco store 2328, checkout 23, I was served by a cashier named Dom. He was rude, ignored my requests to slow down, told me to ?be faster,? and even hit my elbow by forcefully pushing a pack of milk. He dropped one of my products on the floor and continued treating me with disrespect. I went to Customer Service to file a formal complaint, but instead of registering it, staff and managers tried to persuade me to leave without anything in writing. Only after insisting several times was I finally given a phone number and email to complain. I am shocked by how badly I was treated and disappointed by how difficult it was to have my complaint taken seriously.

Really bad and treacherous customer service, following an incident in Tesco, management failed to update me after I logged a complaint and were avoiding to communicate with me. After repeatedly chasing for a response the duty manager tried to offer me £10 gift card as an apology but said it will be coming out of his own pocket which I declined because I felt sorry for him that Tesco was making him do this but then later was told a conflicting story by email from their unhelpful customer service team that the gift card was actually from Tesco. So did he lie to save Tesco money or are the customer service team lying to save the reputation of Tesco ? I prefer to shop in Asda now, and since shopping there I?ve already noticed a world of difference between the 2 retail chains and a massive improvement compared to Tesco.

On Friday 18th July, my autistic 13 year old son wanted to buy some pokemon cards. We checked the stock on the app before going to the store and they were not on the shelf as stated. Leigh was amazing and went out back to find all the pokemon stuff. My son spent £60 on pokemon cards and then later again we went back to store as he had more money on him this time. We asked for Leigh and they helped again going out the back to get more pokemon cards. Thanks so much Leigh. He went above and beyond to make my son very happy!

Awful place. Unprofessional slow staff and shop well under staffed in general. Always huge Ques with no urgency to serve, too busy having conversations with each other. Always hear them moaning about their jobs. Never enough trolleys & tills regularly run out of bags. Always worst shopping experience! Never u stressful

Huge store and good sized clothing section. Plenty of parking and service was quick. However, they had no bread rolls as there was an issue in the bakery - a member of staff told me this had been the case for many weeks, so I did come away from there having to go to another supermarket for what I needed which wasn't great after visiting such a big store purposely to get everything in one go. Generally though it is what you'd expect from Tesco - their use by dates are never long enough no matter which branch you go to.

Be careful when buy gifts cards i got myself a gift card from there and it had no number for me to actually it and when I when after talk with the company all they said it nothing to do with them when the company i got the card for said they would give me my money back just show they don't care about you or me all they care about is get your money at the end of the day
