My son went in store earlier this week to buy his dad some whisky as a Christmas present, they refused to serve him, despite him showing them ID, as the person he was with didn?t have ID.
He went in again today to buy a few cans for tonight and again was refused for the same reason. He is over 18, showed them his driving licence but as his girlfriend didn?t have ID they refused to serve him and then refused to show him any policy where it states they can refuse service for this reason and proceeded to be condescending and rude to him.
I have also seen on the news this has happened to a 47 year old father who went in with his 17 year old too! Wont be stepping foot in this store again!

I went to this Tesco, today with a big shopping list after visiting Home bargains because this was neatest. James Robinson, the staff, was helped me the full time. I dont know how many times i went and asked him each and everything where it is, where that is... Oh my god, from the first thing to the last thing, he helped me to find. Every time with a great smile.... Love you man... You are awesome... Will come and shop again even i am far from there.

Delivery driver... 1 hour and 45 mins sat here waiting to be tipped. 5 cages!!!! And you wonder why theirs a shortage of drivers. Nobody from the dc wants to come here....

Despite the size of this store the selection of fruit and vegetarian products is really, really poor. Things are often out of stock, products are regularly dropped from the range despite being available at other branches of Tesco, and if you're waiting for a new product, get ready for a long, long delay.\\n\\nThis store desperately needs new management, as it just isn't fit for purpose.

Tescos don't really believe they have customers or staff who might want to walk between their store and the cinema! This zebra crossing is a trip hazard and dangerous.

Too many people, the queue for the tabaco shop was huge ( and I'm not English) the entry/ exit is a bit awkward. The toilets are good though

Did the shop as required obeyed all the rules. Joined the queue to pay and was directed to a till by the staff member running the queue. As I approached the till was challenged by a staff member and told to join the queue - explained I had been in the queue and sent down said please check with the lady there to be told 'I don't have time for your lies! Rejoin the queue! ' This was shouted at me. Well I had queued for 15 minutes in the payment queue. I had queued outside, I followed all the requirements in store, nearly 1.5 hours from arriving a senior staff member was shouting at me. I was close to tears. End result is left the shopping and I will NEVER return not even once this is over. I go shopping every 10 days and spend between £100 -£150. Tesco you did not care for an older shopper. You did not listen and you behaved very poorly. As a result I have now left you but not only me but my whole family. I accept staff are having a bad time but that does not excuse such poor customer service. I was kind, polite and not argumentative I have just walked away from you forever. ??

I'm a regular shopper here, I visited yesterday to collect the essentials and as an NHS worker I was very pleased with staffs efforts with social distancing and keeping the flow around the shop. Most things available. Staff working very hard under pressure!\\n\\nWell done team! Well done Tesco extra cross point Coventry
