I had the pleasure of speaking to Marcus prior to placing an order for 3 x 600mm Cube fibre clay planters. The shipment arrived today, and in excellent condition, exactly as Marcus had described on the phone. The driver waited while we checked the planters.The optional sets (x3) of planter feet at £15 each were comparatively expensive, especially as they weren't sticking on very well. But I didn't ask Marcus' advice about that! I could have substituted tiles at each corner if I'd known.As a result of my positive experience, I advised the landscaping company that I was using to recommend Taylormade to their other clients.

Absolutely appalling customer service. We have waited almost 8 weeks for planters to arrive and when we were promised a date they still didn't arrive with no alternative date given.

Customer service is excellent from taking the order to receipt. Kept up to date all the time and a phone call to arrange delivery and a call from the driver on the day. All that aside the quality on arrival was superb and I ordered another immediately

Just purchased a buxus planter from Taylor made planters. Very reasonable prices for a large fibreglass planter to take quite a mature palm. Delivery on time and received within 10 days from order date. Just finished finishing instalation and I think it looks great on grey/black. Quality is very good and the inside is lined with insulation which gives excellent frost protection for potted plants during the winter. Would definitely buy again. Excellent customer service and a great product. Size 80x80x80cm.

Gorgeous high quality planters (the finish is really beautiful), delivered quickly and safely. This company has been easy to deal with - responsive and helpful communication - and has a great range of products. These planters were also very competitively priced, so great value and quality. Will be buying more for climbing roses on our pergola!

I recently bought more than 8 large planters from this company. Delivery was well organised and on time. The planters are well made and looking very good. But the most important part for me was their customer service. I had some problem with the paint work of one of my planters. But they were very helpful and fast responding when I contacted them. They sent me a free treatment for the colour and when it didn?t work, I was sent a replacement very quickly.Very nice and helpful staff, great product. Strongly recommend them.

Customer service is second to none! When there was a delay, we got a phone call to apologise. Then unfortunately we needed to cancel two items a week before delivery. It was dealt with immediately and a refund was received within 48 hours. When the other item arrived it was not as expected - my fault, as I had misunderstoofd the order of the dimensions and it was totally the wrong shape (d'oh, I know). I fully expected to have to take it, but to my astonishment the company said they'd take it back and offered a full refund. Feel bad it happned at all - but am very grateful for the generous and speedy way it was dealt with.

I received my planter yesterday. I'm totally delighted with it. The planter is made extremely well, very strong and durable - it looks even better than I expected. If you want proof that traditional craftsmanship and customer service are still alive - and not just for the uber rich - then Taylor Made is the name to remember. Having recently downsized I now have a very small patio so "off the peg" planters didn't work. Today I took delivery of my five bespoke and very handsome planters with trellising which fit like a Saville Row suit! They were very attentive to detail in the planning and quotation period, good lead time from order and wery well priced for the quality. Very happy to recommend.

I haven't received the planter yet but was very impressed with the efficiency & manner with which my enquiry was received & dealt with. The price I've been quoted seemed very reasonable. Delivery sounds as though it will fit in with my in/out lifestyle. The planter is for a miniature garden which has given pleasure to all my visitors so if this continues to provide that I will be delighted.
