Taylored Eyecare is one of the best opticians I?ve ever come across. I?ve been wearing specs for past 13 years due to my deteriorating vision, of which I was concerned about. I tried other opticians and realised I was being under-prescribed for so long. I was made aware of the situation by the professional which helped me calm down my anxiety and I definitely can see better with the new glasses.Thanks to the management team as well for being polite and patient, the whole time.

The worst, most rude incompetent staff known to man! Avoid like the plague.They try take advantage of people who have English as a second language. How these people sleep at night I do not know.

Wow! What a fantastic experience at Tailored Eyecare, Foleshill Road, Coventry. The optometrist was the best that I have met in my lifetime. She made me feel very at ease by explaining everything in detail. The crew was highly professional and extremely friendly. They exceeded all of my expectations. I give my highest-ever rating to the optometrist and team. Well done!

Came in for an eye test, the staff we're really friendly and helpful. Optometrist explained the process and made me feel at ease. They had a wide variety of frames to choose from so ended up getting a nice stylish pair. Would definitely come here again, especially for my yearly checkups.

Great customer service or call it patient care from everyone. Such a caring optometrist, fast referrals and beautiful range of frames within everyone?s budget. You just tell these people your budget and they will look after it. Very satisfied and definitely recommend this optician for anyone who wants to look after their vision with experts.

Amazing opticians have never been disappointed. Opticianist shana is amazing looking out for her patients . Over the last year I have struggle with my vision and quite a lot of problems with my eyes Shana referred me to eye clinic . To have further test . After the test her staff rang to find out updates of appointment. The service is awesome i would never change my optician. Thank you for looking out for ur patients .
