Went in for a coffee and cookie with the husband after work.Coffee was disgusting couldn't drink it cookie was sweet but ok. The woman behind the counter was on her phone via headset the whole time we were there she even got our order wrong. There were 2 other customers after us and she was still on the phone. Customer service was appauling. I have worked in Retail before and you should never be on your phone whenn serving customers.

Had a steak & cheese six inch sub as I was busy (glad I didn?t go foot long) which was okay and filled a gap.
Your sub looks nothing like the posted picture above the counter and in my opinion is not value for money.
Parking: Area is always busy.

Stingy with the salads & other ingredients. sandwiches are made poorly. Its not worth the money. The sandwiches taste like the store's smell. A very distinct smell. Go elsewhere!

Awful customer service from the two ladies behind the counter, particularly from the younger one. I was nothing but polite but she was rude and extremely dismissive.

Baguette didn't feel fresh and my cookie was stale. If I lived close enough I would have returned what I brought and would have asked for a refund.

This place has one of the most horrible customer service that I?ve ever seen.
I?ve been attended by two ladies lately and it?s hard to eat something made in such a bad mood. They don?t even look you in the face, they throw the food into the bread and look mad if you ask any question. I know it?s a fast food but the owner invest in customer service for this employees as know deserves to pay to be serviced with such a bad attitude.

I asked for two nachos with Southwest sauce and guess what no sauce.. the man who served with me was lazy he did not put any nachos sauce because he could not asked refill. Hot chocolate was waste of money they just add Cadbury sachet which cost 30p to hot water.I will.not be going they again ever best place for nachos is in coventry city centre

Awful experience, half of order was missing and what was delivered was Luke warm. Tried to call to complain but number on website and Just Eat is incorrect. Avoid!

We needed to contact the shop to change our order but the phone number doesn?t work. We managed to speak to the woman at the shop, through the delivery drivers phone, but she just said it was too late and we should have called. She couldn?t get that ?THE NUMBER DOESN?T WORK!! Very rude, very unhelpful. Won?t be going there again. .
