Food was okay, nothing special. Indian women taking my order was very rude didn?t greet me at all and talked with an attitude.

The quality at this branch is inferior. Best I've had is from Coventry Arena.
At this branch, they put less of everything, except sauces which they drown the food in, creating a soup. On a few occasions I couldn't get loyalty points because the system is out of order or the app struggles inside the shop for some reason.
On the upside, there are 2 servers (1M, 1F) who are there occasionally who make the sandwiches much better and who are polite and professional. The rest of the team should learn from them!

Staff do not appear to understand English and certainly can't speak English.
They also can't count English currency, maybe I should pay in Yen or Dong.

22/07/22 absolutely horrible attitude with me very rude and I asked hard Italian pick up different bread also she put cheese by her self and toasted didn?t ask me what salad, I asked her to put salt and pepper in it she put paper and didn?t tell me she don?t have salt I ask her can I have salt then she said we don?t have? not even a apology..Wow never had this kind of behaviour anywher I been Owner of this business need to look in to it. Keep her out of this palace..
