I specially asked before buying 12 cookies, how old are they. There emloyee mentioned, they were made today. But they are hard like rock. We buy 12 cookies box each week from Subway. The cookies I got from here weren't made today. They were old cookies. Smell is also weired. I am very disappointed. I paid 8.49£ instead of 5.49£ here and they gave me cookies which straight away are going in the bin.

Very rude staff. The two women at the counter were very pushy and trying to rush my self and my sister when ordering the food. Ontop of that they ignored my request for no cheese as my sister is allergic I tried to tell them they placed cheese on my sister?s sandwich and that she could no longer eat and they ignored me and carried on making the food forcing me to pay for it.
Avoid at all costs.

We told one of the staff members that we wanted jacket potatoes and she thought we said something else so we said it to her again and then she seemed to understand so went and cooked the potatoes but then when it was cooked she just started putting toppings on that we didn?t ask for, so we told her that?s not what we wanted and she said yes it is that?s what you said to me and I said no one asked for that and you didn?t even asked what toppings we wanted you just presumed

Cashier doesn?t speak basic English, don?t understand my questions even though I?ve asked 4 times. Bread was dry and hard, chicken feels like it?s been in the fridge for 6 months, soggy, tasteless. Management it is time to wake up! There is no one there for a reason, this restaurant needs to be organised properly!

I wish there would be a negative rating as well. This is the second time , when I ordered a sub at home and it caused me serious health issues. The first time when i ordered through deliveroo, there was a hard black stone inside the sub that almost chipped my tooth. 2nd time was today when i ordered sub and fries they were stale and stone cold. The fries were so hard that it bruised my gums, the bread? oat and honey, was so stale and hard even the cheese within was so clumped up. I really feel that it was a waste of my money and also a serious threat to my health.
Before eating subways please be mindful to check it twice for the safety of ur health.

Would give zero stars if I could, ordered a sandwich for my daughter and clearly stated just bbq sauce no salad then the sever put lettuce all over, when I told her I said no salad she removed a bit of the lettuce and proceeded to put bbq over, I said there's still lettuce on the sandwich she glared at me and smothered more bbq over squashing it into the sandwich to try to hide the lettuce and tried to wrap it up, I said no I don't want it you made a mistake and my daughter can't eat lettuce, she started trying to argue with me saying I told her lettuce I said why would I say lettuce when she doesn't eat it, then tried to intimidate my daughter saying "she said lettuce didn't she, didn't she" in an angry manner, my daughter said no she didn't at this point I said I'm leaving as i dont want the sandwich, totally unacceptable service.

Both Italian BMT foot longs were served on stale bread (sorry, but I don't believe this bread was baked few hours ago, I usually eat Subway few times durng the week and I know how the bread should tase like and what texture it should have!), the cheese, ham, salami were thrown randomly literally in the middle part of the bread - then few bits of lettuce, 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, about 8 olives bits... Really? I had to ask constantly "could you please put few more"...
Definitely this is not the service and way of sandwich preparation I am used to...
That was bodging, not sandwich prep!
Additionally I decided to try long churos - one of the worse decision ever. Churos was disgusting, hard as a rock and tasteless - total waste of money...
How come other locations can serve delicious food, where the sandwiches are stuffed with loads tasty vegetables and here everything isnot only old but also tasteless and disgusting....

What?s the point on a rewards app when you try and claim your rewards ?it?s not working? for two weeks fine to scan your rewards app when your trying to build points. Rude staff always empty not surprised with the staff to be honest. I?ll use every other option in the food court before here I think
