It has been years since I had a Subway and was at the arena today and really fancied one - should not have bothered! - ordered the Tuna Mayo (which I used to have regularly) I had to ask the woman to put more Tuna on as it was like someone putting a layer of butter on a sandwich - I was told would be an extra £1.50 - I said there was hardly anything on it - she then added a smidgen of Tuna - But the sub just tasted of salad - overall disappointing experience!

Ordered on deliveroo a sub and was given a whole different sub to what I ordered, when I rang up the lady she was no help and asked me to go in and pick up a new one even though I ordered it on deliveroo because I couldn't get to the shop, now i have a sub I didn't want and now im hungry. Can't follow basic ingredients, useless and to top it off smothered my sub in sauce that I can't have.

It?s not usual in this subway but today the lady serving was not changing her gloves at all, whether someone ordered meat, chicken or veggies. Very disappointing.

I literally loved my food, & the service i got from my mate Jerry and his colleague (I really am sorry for the finger clickin' to get their respective attention) Cos my Dad told me not to do that when we left.. However hope he and his colleague's stay happy & blessed! ??

Today visit subway service was very poor . Staff doesn't have sense how to serve the customer and how to make food . Never go again there .

Decent experience when we visited. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's not the biggest inside if you're looking to eat in.
