Great coffee and customer service. I met Yien and Eloise and they were very friendly and professional.
Another day it was Daisy and Dave also a great team.

We call into this coffee shop regularly after finishing food shopping nearby. As always, we were greeted with a smile and presented with a super cup of coffee. Despite it usually being very busy in there, the staff always make you feel welcome.\n.

A shame people cannot read in 2024
Ordered a Frap never asked for cream as I am allergic and always request sugar free vanilla syrup. Got my order 1/2 the pot was whipped cream, which I am allergic to and could have killed me!!
Also they added full on SUGAR vanilla syrup when I cannot have refined sugar and have not for 14 years!
What a shamble! Lucky I got my money back because I would have sued you!

Stopped by here for a white hot chocolate and the service wasn't great. They served my drink with it all spilling around the sides and I was given the apology of 'sorry I filled the cup too much'. My first thought, are you incompetent?? Should you be serving drinks if you cannot fill a cup safely. The presentation was awful, not at all what the picture of the drink I ordered looked like and i've been charged over £5 for it!! Shocking. The caramel syrup is all just stuck to the bottom of the cup. Overpriced with under trained staff. Never coming here again.
