The staff here are so lovely!!
I went a few times while visiting Coventry, they always greeted me with a big smile and remembered my name!
The staff here are doing a great job with customer service and they deserve recognition because it really does make a difference.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a white hot chocolate as apparently ?there label printer ran out of paper and didn?t print my order after being replaced? and it took me to go and tell them to make it as it didn?t get put through properly absolute incompetence by the staff.

Went in to get drinks service was really quick and staff were friendly

Went there several times to get a good cup of coffee, but they always make worst drinks. Ordered choclate hazelnut cap. And what they gave me was water. When asked they said its not watery?? well, I had worked in starbucks myself and thats not how you offer coffee to clients. Steaming was not done well, no foam on a cappuccino. Plus the croissont was cold.Work on your coffee making skills rather than wasting time on lashes and makeup. Hire a coffee master if you can do so starbucks.

Matt and Sabrina were fantastic! Matt made me the best coffee and I was really happy with the great service I received. Sabrina was also lovely! Fantastic service as always, will be back.
