I visited the store to purchase a lovely cold drink but wasn?t quite sure what to get. Raza was so helpful in helping me select my Java chip. The drink was made perfectly but not only that. His manner was so polite. Excellent customer service by Raza !!

This establishment is a SCAM!They don?t accept Starbucks app or vouchers. I wasn?t aware that it was ALLOWED for a franchise location to go ROGUE and do their own thing lolIt seems Starbucks standards don?t apply to this location?

Meets expeditions of Starbucks. Not especially well stocked as other branches, but friendly staff, a monitor in the store to keep an eye on trains, lots of seating. Friendly staff!

The staff were really lovely especially Anabith. They helped me keep hold of my drink while I went to the bathroom. Unfortunately I don't think I'm a matcha coffee type of person so I won't be getting this type of coffee again.

I was looking forward to eating my almond croissant on my 7:00 am train. It?s a rare treat and I was so disappointed to find that it was so stale that it was spongy and inedible. On a long trip with no food wagon, so I?m took the time to write this.
