We have had lunch at the Starbucks
Jahnvi has served us on each of our visits and her customer service has been so impressive that we have been compelled to leave a review. Jahnvi is so welcoming, friendly and patient and has a full knowledge of all menu items and associated offers etc. she is extremely polite and Starbucks are lucky to have someone who demonstrates such a high, consistent level of great customer service. A future Manager in the making for sure.

I recently visited Starbucks and was pleasantly greeted by a young girl called Jahnvi , I wasn?t in the best of form that day but this girl took the time to chat and went over and above to get my order exactly and better than I?ve ever had before, I returned a couple of days later as I had enjoyed my coffee so much and Jahnvi was there again, not only did she remember my order but remembered me, once again a perfect coffee, this girl deserves recognition for the job she does, I can?t thank her enough for making me feel so welcome and memorable, thanks to her I shall be getting my coffee from Starbucks from now on! Had a skinny latte, only to be told the cost would be £4.20 it was no good using the app as they don't work in a franchise and the coffee was bitter.

really love starbucks, rewards system is amazing however prices are getting higher and I understand why due to inflation. but overall very good service, staff are kind and welcoming. Once you place your order it is ready in under 5 minutes. decor is really cozy!

Iqbal was a great barista and served us really well. The lime refresher he recommended was honestly soooo delicious!! He was very kind, friendly and the overall experience was remarkable.
