Jan and the team at specsavers Cheylesmore are always friendly and welcoming. I've never had to wait more than ren minutes for my eye test. I habitually recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked an appointment online. I arrived on time, I was then told my appointment was upstairs. I can not walk up stairs as I am disabled. To be told there was nothing that could be done and I would have to rebook as the ground floor optition was going to lunch shortly. It takes alot for me to get to appointments as my disability is very debilitating. I felt like no provisions were made to accommodate my illness. And to be told to go home and rebook was not satisfactory. I will not use cheylsmore again as I was made to feel as though I was a burden. What the staff won't no is I left and burst in to tears as this was another thing that proved my illness got in the way. My mental health was/is greatly affected as I felt like no one cared and understood. Now I don't know how long I will go without glasses again as I won't know when I am well enough to do so. I hope that cheylsmore can reflect on my experience and maybe make sure they check before hand what special measures need to be put in place prior.

The team at specsavers were lovely and helped me find the perfect glasses for me. The optician made me feel comfortable in the room and made sure I was happy with the lenses she had suggested. I would highly recommend specsavers chelysmore to anyone looking to get their eyes tested in Coventry.
