Terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone and when they do thang hang up the phone on you. Same for the arena branch. Seems like this is a common practise across the board.

Specsavers Coventry is a wonderful store , great staff who genuinely care around my specific needs , one time when I said I was not interested in how the glasses look but the light comfort , this was met with such knowledge by staff , the staff work incredibly hard, my sight test is always explained well and choice of frames and contact lens are varied so always come away happy with the outcome , professional and efficient store I would recommend to family and friends

I had the best customer service ever at Specsavers in Coventry, thanks to the entire team! I had an emergency 1hr pair of glasses made using a new prescription I had obtained from Specsavers Kenilworth (as a result of losing my glasses). However, when I put them on, the prescription in one lens seemed off. I went back and voiced my concern, and the team listened carefully, re-tested my eyes, and discovered a difference in my prescription, they corrected it immediately, and changed the lenses.
During the visit, the OCT scan also identified a potential issue with my optic nerve, and they acted quickly to refer me to the eye hospital with a same-day appointment while another pair of glasses was made. This problem had previously been missed by Specsavers Kenilworth too. Everyone I interacted with was unbelievably kind and attentive throughout my time there.
From now on, Specsavers Coventry will be the only store I ever return to. Special thanks to Hallee, Aidan, Gemma, Peovic, Phoebe, Alex (and many more) for going above and beyond. ??????????

The waiting time is very long. I can wait but its so rude when the persons inside the store freely roam around and busy with each other conversations. They don't bother about the customers.Not reccomemd this store to anyone.

We had are eye test on the 5th August staff were brilliant and very polite and welcoming we went back today to have are glasses measured and to pay for them we were seen by coreenei she was brilliant

Lied on a phone call about the information they can share about my prescription, and what a PD value is used for and how. Arrogant tone and was unwilling to help with a solution: I have used specsavers for many years, but will for sure change.
I will send a data request in for my details and do this the more difficult way as it seems that?s what specsavers like to do, make life difficult for its customers even if they are long serving.
FYI: rugby branch, brilliant. Gave all the details I needed and first understood why I was asking
