The guy in the till don't how what is meant by competent person we asked for whom u call if fire took place he said he don't know with out proper training staff in this shop very rude

posted 9am guarented special delivery on friday 8:00am and that to paid for saturday day guranted they didnt even send my parcel online it saying its in the shop, after ringing them they said they will verify and check and now not responding on phone i went to shop they are very careless and saying postoffice is closed... read full comment

Not a happy place, told me PO workers were on strike, would not take my large letter, but no strike was on. Always question what your posting,
