Item in stock at store, placed online order for collection and paid. Then had order cancelled. Went back on line, no stock! Had email saying that a cancelled order was usually due to incorrect card details! If your stock isn?t correct, OWN IT!

Never use this shop so bad customer service and rude staff, they look like don't want to work and very bad attitude. My friend had a very bad experience from this shop today and he not recommended me or anyone to use this shop at all .I will share my bad experience with everyone to not use this company at all.

Selection and prices are as good as any other smiths BUT the people inside serving the public are absolutely dreadful. I went to buy a bike and dolls as gifts and the attitude of all of the people I came in contact put me off completely. Most of these people are harsh, rude, don?t ask or tell you anything, they seem very unhappy to be working there and they treat customers like garbage. Frankly I could not take it anymore after a while and simply left everything at the till and left disgusted. I would recommend avoiding this shop unless you are really desperate for time and don?t mind being treated badly.

Went today to smyths around 11 ish, was looking for a blue elephant snackle they didn?t have one on the shelf. He was very lovely he looked all behind the other snackles and said I?m not giving up finding it he said. He then looked out the back and found the 9 that there said was on the system, he was happy to look no matter how much time it took. You can tell he cares about the job he does. Lucky to have a staff member so lovely and happy to help anyone. Gutted I didn?t take his name.

Really poor customer service. Didn?t speak properly. Only worried about 6 pm finish. I get the finish time, but attending to whoever is already in, should be the priority. Was not able to see the product that I was buying for the son, the lady was only worried about putting it on the desk for purchase. One lady did not even attend, was worried about 6pm finish! This can be improved really, otherwise things like these force us toward an ?online purchase?!

toy store. There are also baby room products. Products such as baby bed car seat. There is enough variety in these products and toys. Expensive and affordable products are exhibited together. You can find many toy models for girls and boys. You can also find activity materials. Models are available in products such as pools. The store was moderately busy. The aisles are a little narrow. I think the store square meter should be bigger. The product is very small compared to the number of products in the store is boring after 20 minutes. Still an ideal store to buy toys. I will come to buy toys next time

Girl on the desk of the gaming section was so miserable didnt speak or say a thing cheer up..My girls so excited for for their purchases also. She just glared at themUpside the other lady on the till was nice and the store wasnt crowded and so much choice.

Came here for the first time and got a PCP notice in mail. Huge collection, bought a tent for my daughter, but you can't park for more that 3 hours. Would never visit again.
