“Today I went to a timpson store to change a watch battery but the service wasn't possible to be done there so I went to another store at the Coventry Ricoh arena. The service provided by Nick the Branch Manager was five stars, he was very polite, knowledge and lovely to talk to. He also resolve the problem and I will definitely will come back here.”

“I called into the shop last Sunday and was greeted very nicely . I had some old work shoes where the sole was coming adrift and asked if anything could be done with them apart from binning them. He not only stuck the soles back on but polished them up as well. As for payment all he wanted was a donation in the charity box. Very well done .”
