This was the last place I bought £30 of diesel (5th March), my CRV is still in the garage with suspected fuel contamination, and I have used this place for years. Am furious as I have no receipt, lesson learnt.

Absolutely pathetic. Tried to put air in the tyres and the machine wasn't working . I asked for assistance but the didn't give a crap and didn't come out to help. He said it was working for the last person.

Horrible service, the elderly man that works here ? vikky ? is so rude, sleeps on the job, I?ve had to bang on the window to wake him up multiple times, he?s ignored me multiple times for 20+ minutes, very rude and moody !

This garage is NOT 24hrs! Would not serve me after half 11, the server was saying they was closed. Don?t come here if you are expecting 24 hour service. Joke.

Went to purchase fuel here at around 12 last night (Sunday 26th February), was literally desperate for the fuel. The pumps were open and so was everything else. The person who was manning inside just looked out and waved his arms (assuming he was saying we?re not open) then carried on stacking shelves in the shop. I walked to the window for some type of explanation, and he completely ignored me and carried on doing what he was doing and wouldn?t even make eye contact. This lead me to believe that he just didn?t want to be distracted as to what he was doing and walk back to the till to process the order. As a result of this I was was extremely close to running out of fuel untill I could reach the next fuel station. The rudeness and outright ignorance of the cashier should be investigated, especially as I believe he took it upon himself to pass a sale of fuel to continue stocking shelves. If this is not the case, then a polite explanation would have been nice. Rather than just waving his arms through the window then turning his back on me leaving me very confused.

The fuel is not running so I ask the cashier: how do I do it?He says: you have to pay first.- I need a full tank, how do I do that?-I DON?T KNOW.I left, Shell lost a sale, I have to go elsewhere because they don?t know how to sell me fuel.
