Tried the frozen yogurt. Very disappointed as it was literally like vanilla ice cream. It didn?t taste bad, I just expected a different texture and more yogurt-like taste.

Milk shakes fine , girl with loose hair, always moving it back with her gloves hands and touching her face and nose with same gloved hands - gross ! Manager told and I was told she would change her gloves ? she hasn?t !!

We love Shakeaway milkshakes and keep coming back but my 5 stars go to today's staff who made us a new free milkshake after my four year old dropped her milkshake on the ground spilling most of it in front of the store. Thank you!

Not usually too busy. Quite a small space, small wooden ramp available to access the shop as there is a small step.A great variety of milkshakes, frozen yoghurt, and more. At over £5 each for a shake, it's on the expensive side (although worth it as they have larger servings, better customer service, and tastier options than some places that offer similar).I've had a couple of milkshakes from Shakeaway (haven't yet dared try the Wendy but maybe one day).Most recently, I had a warm one, which was called Pam. It was basically a hot chocolate. This one was made with Nutella. The time before, I had a refreshing cold 'Stephen', which was a fruity one.Would definitely recommend.

Horrible milkshakes.. me and hubby were in town and the weather was too good to not have a shake.saw the shop and decided to get milkshakes.. I ordered Ferrero rocher shake and husband ordered banana milk shake with a hint of chocolate, both were basic shakes but they couldn't even make them right!mine was ALL milk and my husbands milkshakes was way too sweet.horrible shakes

I was in the city centre on Jubilee bank holiday Friday to see a show at the Assembly Gardens. My daughter insisted on a milkshake from her fav place Shakeaway and as ever it did not disappoint. We were served by a very friendly young asian girl who went out of her way to put a smile on my daughter's face. Service was quick and milkshakes were outstanding. Loyalty scheme is great and we will definitely be visiting again very soon.

Newly relaunched 7th May 2022! There was a long queue of excited customers but service was very quick and easy. I had the Nutella shake and it was amazing! You could really taste the Nutella chocolate, one of the best I've had. Will be back!
