Just a store with a post office, only went in there to buy lotto ticket. The shop sells most grocery items but slightly more priced than the local shops based on jubilee crescent.They have other stores like tescos and asda within walking distance plus other local convenience stores.

Lady is always rude, two encounters I have had with her now, never wants to help, is so rude and her tone is disgusting, zero customer service skills, either she doesn't want to be there or she has no interest in being polite.But I mean, if you enjoy a side of attitude while you post something, sure use this store ?.

Very slow service at the post office part of the store. Two staff members behind the counter but only one serving theres no urgency to clear the ten customers waiting in the que. Shocking approach to customer service.

Absolutely disgusting shop! Rang up to ask what time the post office part shut they told me 10 o'clock. I get there are 5:35 it's closed so I go to the till they call the post office man over and he refuses to serve me because apparently they close at 5:30. He then tells me I rang the wrong number even though it was the direct number for the shop from google. So now at 5:38 he won't serve me because apparently they close at 5:30 even though when I rang up they said 10 o'clock. He then says I don't care what number that is I'm showing you the direct number so your wrong. Disgusting won't ever be going there again
