Went to visit the Coventry store just to start looking for a new sofa. When we arrived we were greeted in a very friendly manner and with no hard sell just taking time to explain all the features and pros and cons on each sofa we looked at. Once we decided which one we wanted we where then told about a deal on the carpets and we ended up walking away with new sofa's and new carpet through out our house.I cannot recommend SCS at Gallager retail park more highly for a one stop shop for your sofa's and carpets.

Me and my spouse went to the Coventry scs store on the 9 /2/24 to look for a sofa and were warmly greeted by the sale person called russel who gave all the details of the sofas that were available.he made us feel welcome and supplied both of us with a hot drink and gave a concise explanation to all our questions furthermore explained the purchase process.we were very happy to proceed with our purchases and would like to praise the efforts of russel as we felt he is a great asset to scs

Sold carpet that was told was suitable for the stairs . Both me and partner slipped down stairs injured backside and arm. Called customer services and went in store to complain, wanted carpet changing and all they offered was to still pay for faulty carpet then pay for a new carpet and fitting charge! Never using SCS again - cowboysAnd have been telling people not to use also

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Alyson at SCS in Galliger Park for the best service. She was really helpful, helping me choose the right furniture and carpet...she advised me on colours, that I struggle with...and now it's been delivered I'm absolutely delighted. Thank you so much ....definitely a massive asset to the store.

Paid £2000 for two sofa but the seats foam go down to the base went sits down on them ,as no body ,very poor foam which there said it was the better, one which we paid more for

1st of all they delivered the wrong carpet do had to wait a few weeks with no carpet. He had sold our old settee as the new one was going to be delivered the day after the carpet was fitted. So no settee for a few weeks. Then correct carpet delivered followed by the settee which was the wrong colour. Was aloud to keep this unill the correct settee got delivered. A month later we got the correct settee delivered with a broken leg and wrong color cushions. What a joke. Keep taking time off work losing money for unbelievable poor service

Bought two leather sofas at great expense last year, salesman advised getting extra insurance,he said it covers everything for five years.. lies!!! Sofas developed two small holes in the leather...i called the insurance people Castelan who basically fobbed me off saying it's a manufacturer's fault and not covered...I wish I knew they use Castelan before I purchased my insurance as I would of never bought it..check out their feedback review's, lots and lots of unhappy customers with defects in there sofas and Castelan refusing to do anything... Don't waste your money people on insurance sold by scs... Scs should be ashamed of them self's ripping customer's off telling them there covered when clearly they aren't... I will never buy a sofa from you dishonest people again... Don't buy from scs !!!!

First time sofa buyers... COME HERE! Nothing bad to say about the service we were offered in this store. Buying furniture can be scary, especially when seeing the price tags and all the choices there is but as soon as you get chatting to Russell, all your worries can be left at the door. Russell is a true gentleman and is keen to spend time explaining all the necessary details. Not once were we left confused or feeling like he was just trying to sell us the most expensive sofa for the fun of it. He was always clear, reassuring and professional, and after all the chats we had with him/other companies we were sure we had made the best decision there was thanks to Russell.Thanks to all the staff that were there for making us feel welcome, I wish we were buying sofas weekly just so I could go through the experience all over again. Russell deserves the biggest bonus possible!

Wonderful visit today. Russell and Ali were both very attentive. Best customer service I have had in a long time. Tea and hot chocolate were perfect.
