Never known anything like it! Placed order online, 5 mins later told to come get it. Checked in on the app, and I kid you not no later than 60 seconds later the entire order was on the counter from a really friendly cheery staff member. 10/10!

I visited this place to buy supplies and the customer service I received was absolutely awful. I bought £600 worth of items and politely said that I required assistance when the shop assistant lady very rudely told me I couldn?t have any help. She had a very bad attitude towards me, very aggressive towards me which was unacceptable and very disrespectful. It?s definitely not worth going to this store again after my experience. Absolutely appalling.

Bought an item online and when I collected and tried it, it wasn't quite the right fit. The excellent Marta at the till in-store gave me excellent service in getting the right exchange item!The photo isn't the item in question, but I also bought this and it could quite literally be a life-saver!

Unfortunately, I have to rate this shop as poor almost every time I have gone for something seen on the website it?s out of stock. Staff are fine they just have very little to no stock. Whilst they can normally get it in a couple of days it?s a wasted journey. Always check from outlet prior to driving there.
