Had a bad experience while picking up an Uber Eats order. Staff member Mohammed shouted at me in front of customers, wrongly claiming I marked myself as ?waiting? in the app, which I hadn?t. When I explained politely, he was rude and said, ?Do what you want ? cancel the order or complain to my manager.? Very unprofessional. Disappointed as a loyal Sainsbury?s customer.

I'm so impressed with Sainsbury's! We were in a last-minute bind searching for a vegetarian cake option, and they truly saved the day!
Not only did they have a great selection of veggie-friendly cakes, but the one we chose was absolutely divine! The taste was incredible, and the price was very reasonable.
If you're a fellow veggie cake lover in a pinch, I highly recommend checking out Sainsbury's! You won't be disappointed!

This Sainsbury's location generally meets expectations for a neighborhood store.
During my visits, I've noticed that staff members are generally diligent in maintaining shelf stock.
However, customers who plan to use the Sainsbury's Smart Shop app may experience occasional difficulties due to intermittent internet connectivity.
If you do manage to use Smart Shop in this store, the security guard may ask for proof of purchase, which can be inconvenient.
Additionally, there seems to be a consistent issue with extended wait times at the self-checkout kiosks, and assistance may be limited.

Cover the baked pastries, they're surrounded by flies.
Half of the fresh fruit and veg is mouldy or rotting from the inside.

Quite messy for local shop, with cages everywhere and a lot of staff working on cages at the same time. Frozen section was closed. There are four/five self service machines. Meal deal and bakery are available but run out towards end of the day.

After waiting 5 minutes for somebody to come to the till. I was told I couldn?t have cash back from the card of my phone and only with the physical card. If I had the physical card with me I would go to the ATM at the entrance of the store. Useless!

Always clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Decent choice of products but can be a little expensive. You pay for convenience. Car park is small and it can be difficult to find a space at times. Always worth popping in though especially if items have been reduced. Sometimes you can find real bargains
