Met a very rude staff member(South Asian female). I went there to print a document last week. I handed over my memory stick to her but she told me to put it on the reception desk. After she picked up my memory stick, she immediately sanitised her hands with hand sanitiser. She did that in front of me, probably because I am Asian. I was sad as I didn?t see she did that to other customers.

Absolutely exceptional customer service. The lady and gentleman helped me printing out an academic poster very last minute on a Sunday and were amazing. They went above and beyond, I am eternally grateful!
