Postman refused to collect parcels as I refused to help ( baby daughter was crying ) I asked if he would help me do my job and he said no, it?s not his job, I said same. He said well put in a complaint then and walked off.

Really helpful staff! Their manager Paul is really kind and helped me collect my brp on time without any hassles when I informed him about my emergency travel plans.The other staff at Royal Mail call centre such as one Mr.Hugo among others have been really patient and helpful too. ????

A necessary evil as royal mail seem to be only courier incapable of leaving package with a neighbour. Even after going on their webpage and selecting the option. Clearly the worst delivery company. Starting to make Evri look good. Also not open many hours as used to be for collection. Strange when there are staff working there 24/7.

First off, my item was delayed. Royal mail surcharged my small packet. It contained a single trading card. It was smaller than a letter and at the post offices fitted through then "letter" size template. The Post office told me (after I paid extra the surcharge fee) that it had the correct postage. Can't get my money back. All the disabled customer parking bays are used by postmen. You can email customer service, the delivery office is 6 miles from my house and after 3 trips to the delivery office they still can't sort this.

The staff park in the customer disabled bays so disabled customers have to walk further. You'd think postmen and postwomen could walk to the staff car park. The Manager here can't resolve anything and just directs you to a customer service number.

Some delivery drivers come down to our close and won?t even bother ringing the doorbell or listening to the notes of the safe place no matter how many times we arrange a redelivery. There is always someone in and yet they?re never able to contact someone. It?s getting ridiculous they can?t even listen to notes on the door. I?m getting annoyed with the service as you pay for tracked fast items that are delayed by incompetent delivery people who cannot listen or apparently read!

They lost important documents sent to me from Europe (signature required) -1 delivery attempt. I asked for redelivery several times - it never came, never admitted they lost it while I was waiting for redelivery, just ignored me. After 2 month of "investigation" informed me that they can't find it. Not a word about compensation. Terrible service

Was a 5 star review before but not now! Went yesterday 3pm and closed opening hours not convenient 8 to 10 and again 4 to 6 rush hours so don't even bother going anywhere near that part of town

Decent polite staff, always happy to help, but opening times on Google maps are incorrect, according to the maps it's open until 18:00 on a Friday, I arrived at 14:00 and it was closed

If you want to send a parcel I would recommend using a courier service because as soon as Royal Mail get the item they wont stop its delivery even if the parcel was fraudulently obtained.

Quite a long walk from the Bustop. If coming on foot, after you drop at the Bustop, ensure you use google map and be sure not to miss the small footpath that takes you right to the huge facility. Very helpful receptionist. He helped me retrieve my elusive package in under 10mins
