I usually don?t write reviews, but the level of frustration I?ve experienced with this pharmacy has left me no choice.
They consistently fail to notify me when my medication is ready, so I have to go in person just to find out ? only to wait in a long queue for over 30 minutes before being served. Even when multiple staff members are visibly present (often around 10), no one seems productive or attentive.
Today was particularly disappointing. I calling them three times throughout the day regarding an urgent matter. Each time, I waited patiently as my position in the queue moved from 4th to 1st ? only for the call to disconnect right when I reached the front. No one called me back.
It?s genuinely shocking that a pharmacy operating at this level of inefficiency is still licensed. Are they ever audited? Does no one assess their customer service standards through secret shoppers or proper inspections?
This is not just poor service ? it?s a complete failure of basic responsibility. I sincerely hope the relevant authorities take notice and intervene.

My wife collects from here regularly for an elderly couple. not the most welcoming staff and certainly need to brush up on their telephone skills I can only review on the 4 visits my wife has done but a 3 * is the best she can give
