Looking for floor tiles, I enquired about Rockwell Sheet's Dynotile range having been given an old brochure by a friend as a recommendation. A double garage is quoted on there with an attention grabbing price "from £699". I couldn't replicate this on their website so contacted them.Firstly, I was fobbed -off that "the brochure was out of date" and the price was wrong. A lie, as it was still listed on their website as £699.Secondly, they said that their double garage price was based on 16 feet by 16 feet or 256 tiles. A further lie, as 256 tiles is closer to 14.5 feet by 14.5 feet and much less than the minimum size of a double garage. According to their own website calculator, a 16 feet by 16 feet garage would need 289 tiles!Thirdly, the price on the for 256 tiles was £799 on the website not £699 as per the brochure on the website.A saga of misleading communications and lies.I did send them an email setting out the above but didn't even receive the curtesy of a reply. So, I went to a supplier who was straight and honest.Buyer be ware.
