Chose Reeds for a very high profile event. There was a lack of timely communication which lead to a series of negative events. Then there was the lack of service which was already paid in full in advance. I have yet to see the refund nor get an apology or an acknowledgment. I have had to pay out of my own pocket to the client as I am a freelancer as Reeds never came back to me. Basically taking money for a service never rendered. To me that's stealing.
