Shikha at the till in Primark was amazing?kind, helpful, and very professional. Great customer service! Unfortunately, the female manager on the floor was rude and came across as racist, which was very disappointing she wasn?t interested initially to help even she clearly denied to help utterly rude way; even her way of talking is very different people to people which was clearly visible ; I was not expecting this from primark ! As Uk is multicultural country and everyone shall be treated equally as a human because all Humans are same.

I love primark as I love a good bargain, I buy my leggings for work and just for a couple of pounds they last me ages. I could spend my money in expensive shops which i do on occasions but why waste my money when Primark is such good value for money. Assistants always very friendly too which is a bonus so happy customer ?

Last Tuesday at 17.00 o'clock, a young, short, Indian girl accepted my belongings in front of the fitting room on the third floor. (I had two men's hats that I took from the men's section.) When I came back from the fitting room, she said she lost my bag and told me I needed to go to the first floor to take new hats from there.
Firstly, she was careless with my property. Secondly, she was unaware of where the man's section was. I took new hats and returned to tell her where they usually were.
I like shopping in Primark, but please provide more training to the staff. I regret I didn't ask for her name.

A young lady wearing hijab, and black facmask working by the womans pjs next to socks at about 4 pm was amazing, im disabled and i was really struggling and she came and checked on me and gave me a bottle of water, i really appreciate the help she gave me as i wasnt feeling good at all and i am very appreciative of thr help she gave me

I had gone there to return something and when I had tried to ask the worker about the return policy she began being rude to me then I had showed her the return item and she had laughed at me and began to undermine anything I had said . The store is ok but some workers there make it a horrible experience all in all
