I emailed Premier Inn as we staying away for a sporting event which fell on my son's 13th birthday. I asked for recommendations of somewhere I could order balloons. Simon emailed back saying he would organise, and asked what son's favourite treat was. He kindly organised the balloons, chocolate and a card from premier inn. My son was so pleased with the surprised. I'm thankful for the kind gesture and brilliant communication from Simon. Highly recommend. Thank you Premier Inn and especially Simon.

You know what you're getting when going to a premier. The TGIs attached is very expensive and food wasn't worth the price. Probably better going to the pub close by.

Basic hotel for one or 2 nights stopover. Clean and comfy rooms 4 stars for the breakfast - reasonable choice of Continental or nicely cooked full English buffet with eggs and porridge to order

You know what you'll get in a PI. Breakfast was very good as always in a PI, and was next door to a TGI Friday for dinner. Although close to the motorway there was very little noise. No AC though and the lights of the carpark were very bright.

Quite location. All the essentials. Nice and clean. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Dated hotel, rooms feel very old. No air con. Plenty of parking, good location for access to motorways. No lobby either.

One of the best Premier inns.
It's convenient for me for work & I stay here every week.
