Jack who was working on the 26th February was an absolute legend. Me my wife and boy come up to watch the mighty Maidstone in the FA Cup vs Coventry. He made us so welcome and took the extra time to talk to our boy about football and everything. He was very helpful and explained where everything was where we needed to go. When he left that night we were in the bar. He come and found us to say bye and shook all our hands. Great man and great customer service. You have a great colleague in Jack. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location just inside the ring road so easily able to travel outside of city but could then walk to restaurants and bars in the evening.Parking conveniently located 2 minutes walk at the NCP with plenty of space.Rooms clean and friendly atmosphere. Perfect choice for business

Fire alarm went off TWICE at night and all turned out to be false. Had to get dressed and evacuate at 1 in the morning?Room quality okay just like what you?d expect from a Premier Inn.

Terrible nights sleep. Was put in a room which had an interconnecting door. Next room occupied by at least 3 people and they were very very noisy from around 5am. We knocked on the door and they were then quiet for only 15mins. The rooms with interconnecting doors DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH NOISE INSULATION in the door area. To make matters worse there was only 1 towel in the double room and no phone to reception. As I was on floor 6 decided not worth getting dressed to go down and collect one so never had a shower. Reported everything to reception in the morning but no compensation offeredI had prepaid so very disappointed. Won?t be going backRooms: Very poor noise insulation.

Hotel not bad at all but restaurant is crazy! They turned me around at 7pm for not booking a table even though it was virtually empty, so when I pointed this out they eventually let me eat there. It remained empty throughout the night. Then they charged me for 2 drinks when I only had one and wouldn?t refund me because they said they couldn?t. Crazily they kept saying ?do you want a free drink on the house?? When I?d already paid for it ?. They weren?t getting it.
