Asia lady was very very rude. I don't know why still working there everyone went poster office compain about her, she is resist and bad behaviour.

Watched a customer be assaulted by who I can only assume to be the owner of the store. The staff who work the post office are rude and look down upon customers every time but this time I think a line was crossed. Terrified to go back in there, cannot imagine a situation where such violent behaviour was warranted. Some of the girls/ladies at the main counter are lovely and willing to help but the same cannot be said for some of the others.

This post office is a joke, she refused to serve me saying I swore, when I said I would complain she said she was the manager and I could complain to her, I told her I would complain to royal mail and asked her name and like a peticulant child she refused to answer me and then ignored me I have put a complaint in to royal mail she needs sacking or this place shutting down absolutely disgusting behaviour for someone who working with people I will never use this shop again ever !!

I ordered a parcel to be collected from this post office. This was my first time using them. Got there while open and was told the young lady who deals with parcels hadn't come to work yet. I was asked to come back. I went back 2 hours later and she had arrived. So apparently I needed to fill a form before I collected my parcel but she did not have the form. She sounded undisturbed, unapologetic, stand offish and rude. I needed to collect the parcel that day but couldn't. Even when I asked why it was different here, as I had used another podt office and I did not need to fill a form, she claimed the other post office probably did not know what they were doing, meanwhile it did seem like she was the one who didn't know what she was doing. Someone else, I later complained to, attested that she had been rude to a customer the day they had gone there. I have decided to leave the parcel with them as I have gone to another store to buy. They can return it when it stays out it's period there.

The most disgusting, vile, rude and uncooperative shop in the UK. The "owner" and his wife need to go on a training course to learn manners and customer service. The shop is dirty looking and dated. The shop staff look miserable but then again working for these comedian's who wouldn't be?

Never will I spend my money in the shop ever again!!! The owners act like they're above their customers, constantly looking down their nose at people like they're royalty. The shop itself looks like it hasn't been decorated since the 80s, their staff are just as rude apart from one. I honestly don't know how this place is running

Avoid at all cost!! I never experienced such horrible service ever. I'm still in shock of what happened, went there to drop of a parcel but needed some tape, asked the lady behind the counter if she has tape which she responded in a rude manner "NO" I turn to my left and see tape on the shelf, she told me I had to pay by the till. I asked her if I can leave my package on the side which she also responded "NO". As I walked away to pay for the tape I told her that she is being very rude. When I came back I got back in line when it was my turn she told me SHE WOULDN'T BE SERVING ME?! BECAUSE I CONFRONTED HER ABOUT BEING RUDE? Another customer heard everything and he told me to file a complaint when the guy behind the till told him "shut up it has nothing to do with you" I've never witnessed such treatment of paying customers before. A verbal fight broke out between the other customer and staff. Stay far far away, these people are nuts!!

Wicked lady at the post office. Extremely rude. She refused to serve me after taking my money for stamp. Her supervisor a man came and was also rude. Something needs to be done about such behaviour. Too sad for a civilised environment like United Kingdom

The main post office is very rarely open on time. I've just queued for 45 mins from 9am to 9.45am and I left. The postmistress was on the phone behind the screen but you could hear us all waiting and no one came to assist. The husband is extremely rude when serving at the shop till. No customer service skills at all. They're the closest PO to me but I drive 2km to Humber Road as it's actually run they way it should be. The ladies who are employed there do their absolute best to serve you right, but they can't help if the owners are running the business into the ground.

Post Office website says this shuts at 7, as it says here on Maps.There is a big sign in their window saying "If we're open, the Post Office is open"I went in with a parcel and was told the Post Office shut at 6 "because of Covid". They apologised, and I suggested they could update their information and they said "We don't control that"As mentioned, it's a bit grubby in there. I'd avoid it if possible.

I phoned them to ask what time they're open until and was told 7:30pm. So I turned up at 7:10pm to find the post office part of the shop was closed. Not helpful at all.
