Embarrassing decided to close a day early and despite being able to see my parcel they wouldn't give it to me. Website says open until 12pm. Christmas ruined brilliant thanks.

Attempted to use this post office to tax a car that had previously been registered as Disable tax class, after a couple of attempts they told me to call the DVLA and send the docs via post. After alot of back and forth from the dvla was told to try again, however I went to a different post office (remembrance road). The same issue came up, however the chap behind the counter asked me to fill in a form and I then taxed the car immediately. If I had known this post office could have done that I would have not had to wait 3 weeks to tax my car. Poor service, nothing explained correctly and did not actually help in any way. Won't be using again, I will just use my now taxed car and drive to any other post office in the coventry area. Avoid at all costs.

Not even worth a one star, absolutely disgusting customer service. Tried to post live inverts as have posted previously. They refused to take the box after shaking it. Appalling behaviour towards live animals

Would recommend not using to deliver papers. They keep charging an old lady I know for 5 weeks rather than 4, and try to embarrass them and insist they're right. Such a shame to see this happen and when I intervened (they had a receipt to prove the error) they just started to be abusive. Just terrible

I regularly use this post office/shop and always find the staff both pleasant and helpful especially the lady behind the post office counter. Excellent customer service.

Efficient service. Made a mistake regarding the address of a parcel. The lady at the counter spent 20mins rectifying to ensure the safe arrival. Grateful for her assistance.

Avoid this post office! This place should be closed forever! There is a problem each time when I go there to send my shipment. They even were not able to confirm my identity saying they do not know how. Next time I went to send very important letter using special delivery option but the lady forgot to give me a receipt with the tracking number and the docs were lost . And there is always the same indian origin lady who have no clue how to do her job properly! Very frustrating...I have never had such a problem when go to Binley post office , troubles only at Willehhall one!

I have been here 3 times now to post letters and packages and every time I was greeted and served with a smile, no issues whatsoever.

I went there to post something in a special envelope and for few other things. They did an excellent job in guiding me and completing it.Last time when I went months back, the people were just ok. But now two new faces and they did good ?Two separate queues were kept, one for post and another for buying items. Both were maintained properly.

I do not use anymore vile attitude. They are not interested in the Post office part. They leave you standing while they sell other stuff and moan a lot when they serve you on the post office side. Talk in their language which is ignorant and obviously not knowing what?s being said. Should lose post office side of business. Its all about money greedy vile objects.
