Bob is a very nice and professional staff at this post office. He is so helpful and so kind that he give advices on my parcel to save a lot of cost; he also help me to package my parcel.

very rude staff... she couldn't even bother check the parcel with my track number because there were too many in the storage. unbelievable

It just gets super busy at times due to students firing post all over the world. Could do with more staff on at busy periods.
