Great place for eating out with family. On the pricier side so not our regular haunt (that remains Nandos) but good when you want to splash out on some quality food (though can use Tesco vouchers to subsidise).

Modern Pizza Express near Coventry city-centre. As with all Pizza Expresses, they are very good for intolerances/allergies and the you know what you are going to get when it comes to the pizzas. I had the double American, which was decent and the service was surprisingly efficient, given the fact they seemed very under-staffed.

The manager in this place totally ruined our experience and did not admit she got our order wrong.
She insisted on bringing the pizza back to show her again she did not listen, spoke over us and was cross because she got it wrong but did not admit it. She was so rude, not listening, talking all over us, then she just walked off. We did get our pizza afterwards but no apology, just a horrible attitude.
I have never been dealt with in such an unfriendly unprofessional unpleasant manner, I can?t believe pizza express employ this lady.
We won?t be going back.

I ordered a takeaway today 16th December lest to say what a huge regret off disappointing food, the Marguerite pizza was thinner than my patiences served stone cold like it came straight out off a freezer, the mac and cheese was appalling it was tasteless I've tasted better from jarred baby food. The service also was a joke the pizza box was handed to my 2 year old at first till I intervened and grabbed it from the host the box was also upside down,
I ate a tiny bit off the meal now I feel sick ( hopefully not food poisoning)
Stay far away from this specially if it's a takeaway option.
Pure disaster waste of 33 pound.

Perfect for a meal with friends. Thank you to the lovely staff who looked after us all.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lovely level wide doorway, good space around most of the tables. Accessible toilet clean and with all the expected features.
All tables have at least some moveable chairs so you can choose to stay in yours or use theirs.

From the moment I walked in until I left this was without doubt the best customer experience I have had in a long time. Helped me set up the app, offered me discount , food came promptly , good quality , good value , and all with a thank you and a goodbye.

We had great service from the team. We hadn't booked & we only had a hour before attending the theatre. The team kindly checked on food wait times, seated us order taken. Food arrived promptly, hot tasted great and we didn't have to rush our pizza or drinks. The whole team were friendly, attentive & extremely personable.
My son & I had a lovely time following my panic we were running later than planned.
Hats off to the team for making us feel welcome & relaxed, especially our waitress Andrea.

Whenever my amazing #ReadyFreddie & I visit Coventry we always come to eat in this restaurant. It's quite fantastic actually as people walk past & the food is top notch. The staff are amazing, the remember us which is always nice to note. The chefs are theatre style cooking & I always say hi & bye to them as they cook some great food. Maybe I'll suggest they bring a Hawaiian pizza back but honoring Queen Margherita is always nice to do.
