Went into shop today asked a member off staff if they know what i can use or recommend on a issue I have with my dog they explained what to try and showed me some options was pleased that they seemed like they knew what they talking about amd wasn't just fobbing me off like some do thank you for helping me ??

Would not get any fish from here as there was 3 dead fish which have been in the tanks for ages and staff would not sell me a fish that was not dead they say check fish every 2 hours do they hell there was no inside of one fish as it had been eaten.

The staff at this store are friendly and helpful. It's my go-to place for any fish or cat food. They always provide customers with clear guidance on what is necessary for their pets. However, it's ultimately the responsibility of the pet owner to research what is best for their specific situation.
The staff are knowledgeable about the subject, but it's up to the owner to determine the most suitable food for their pets.
When I tested my water, the staff were hesitant to sell any fish until the water was treated to remove ammonia and other harmful substances. Their priority is always the well-being of the pets, which is why I trust their advice and appreciate the team's dedication. They are consistently positive and eager to provide the right guidance to customers.

I asked them to advise me for fish food while we going on holidays for 10 days they recommended us some round tin solid dodgy fish food , as when we returned from holidays found 9 fishes died and water colour went all red. This was despite cleaning the water tank when we left also had a good quality filter and heater all working. No refund or compensation offered absolutely awful customer service.
