Really lovely and knowledgeable staff. We popped in to sort out something for a WCS that destroys everything. Andy offered us some advice after taking time out of his day to understand a bit more about our dog. He came up with great suggestions and ideas which we are now trying. Absolute credit to the store.

So much stock! Great selection, may be slightly more than my local branch.Dropped a star because the person on check out seemed disinterested when I said "hiya" even tried to make conversation but she didn't seem in the mood. No thank you despite being nice. Just a "that's all done"Then again it's Friday evening before Christmas. I'd prefer to be at home as well.
