I've seen cat poo trays etc on pets at hole site, but some people put them in there kitchen please don't do that would you poo in the kitchen I'm sure you wouldn't, that's why toilets are not next to kitchen for higene.

Visited the vets. Friendly and helpful staff who were very knowledgeable. Emergency appointment- in and out - saved our furry child. Very grateful for their help. Highly recommend them.

Popped in as was due to get a puppy so want some bits and a lead with harness. Staff member Mia from coventry branch could of sold me anything but didn't and advised me to pop in after picking up the pup for a fitting. Excellent service. Popped into the closer branch in Canley area after getting the pup and the gentleman was brilliant. Service from both stores amazing . Thank you .

Took my dog here for his first groom. He?s an excitable boy (10 months old and a rescue) so still learning his manners. The staff there were really patient with him and took good care of him. He looks fabulous; his coat is so much healthier looking. Will definitely be back.

I could not have asked for better. We had a very difficult decision to make in having our gentle giant put to sleep. The staff were so empathetic and couldn?t do enough to make sure that we did it in a way that we were happy with. They came to our home. It was very personal and dignified. They were brilliant.
