Ordered a Birthday bouquet for my wife's big day,flower's were weak,birthday card a total ripoff at£3.50.I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.A Total Rip off,will never use them again..

Have used this florist a number of times but recently seems to be declining in quality. Last Valentine?s Day I was unhappy with the quality of the bouquet I purchased, I mentioned this on collection and the lady shrugged at me and told me pictures can be deceiving. Decided to give them another go last week to support local. The bouquet collected was nothing like the photograph. Flowers were small and of a worse quality. No Lillies or large roses as pictured. Less than a week later they are looking very sad. After previous experience stating I was unhappy I accepted flowers and left. A real shame but wouldn?t recommend.

Flowers for my mum's funeral were provided by this florist, which had been arranged on our behalf through our funeral director.The display for the coffin was beautiful, & all colours were as I'd asked for, my mum's favourites.However, the arrangement I had ordered from my brother & I to read "Mam" actually read "Nan", & to add insult to injury, they also didn't contact us about putting a card on them, so no-one knew they were from us!We did receive a 50% discount, but they also said that it was just because the flowers were bunched close together! Given the money they charge, it should be perfectly clear what they represent !!I would hate to think they'd do this to someone else ~ it was an upsetting experience at an already emotional time.
